    Mode of energy usage during physical exerciess among pre-pubertal school children in Ile-Ife, Osun State.

    The study assessed the anaerobic and aerobic capacities of pre-pubertal and pubertal children in Ile-Ife during physical exercise. Study also determined the influence of sex on the energy capacities of the children and determined the relationship between anaerobic and aerobic exercise capacities of the children. These were with a view to establishing the energy utilization of school children during physical exercises.
