    The study examine the relationship between total quality management and competitiveness between First bank plc and UBA plc. The study examine the extent to which total quality management is being practice in First bank plc and UBA plc, assessed the common elements of total quality management adopted by both banks evaluated the connection between total quality management and competitiveness in First bank plc and Uba plc.
