    Audit Commitee Attributes, Corporate Board Activity and Earnings Quality of Quoted Food and Beverages Firms in Nigeria

    The study assessed the trends and patterns of earnings quality of the quoted food and beverages firms and analysed the attributes of the audit committee and corporate board activity of the firms. It also investigated the effect of corporate board activity on audit committee effectiveness and examined the effects of audit committee attributes and corporate board activity on earnings quality of the quoted food and beverages firms in Nigeria. These were with a view to evaluating the effects of internal corporate monitoring mechanism on earnings quality of the sampled firms.
