    The study examined the formulation process and the various components of the information Technology (IT) policy in Nigeria and evaluated its effects on selected sectors of the economy. It also assessed its implementation and developed a model for evaluating the policy. This was with a view to improving IT policy formulation and implementation in Nigeria.
