This study determined the appropriate size for each of the renewable energy sources (RES) to be integrated, developed a microcontroller-based system capable of coordinating and monitoring the energy output power flow of the sources, and simulated and evaluated the performances of the system. This was done with a view to providing a sustainable solution for electrification of areas not connected to main power grid.
