Abstract
This study characterized the brewers waste for its lignocellulosic contents and other physicochemical properties. It also carried out the enzymatic hydrolysis of the brewers’ waste in addition to investigating the effect of gravity on the kinetics of the hydrolysis. The optimization and production of bioethanol from the hydrolysates using a hybrid of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Saccharomyces paradoxus. These were with a view to studying the effect of gravity on the hydrolyzate used for the production of bioethanol from brewers’ waste
