Comparative analysis of corporate governance practices in financial and manufacturing firms in Nigeria

The study examined what constitutes corporate governance practices, investigated the key factors that influence corporate governance in financial institutions and manufacturing firms. It also compared the level of compliance to the key factors of corporate governance and examined the determinants of poor corporate governance in both sectors of the economy. These were with the view to providing information on the measurement of corporate governance and adequate techniques of assessing governance in financial and manufacturing firms.
