To allelopathic effects of [hemsl] A gray, compare the phytotoxicity of the plant parts of T. diversifolla and tihonia diversifolia determine the effect of drying on the phytotoxic activity of this weed. This study concluded that tihonia diverifolia was an allopathic weed with water-soluble allelochemicals in its plant parts and had such phytotoxic potency that could suppress the growth and nutrierx accumulation of associated crop plants.

- ItemOpen AccessAn Assessment of Women's Representation in key positions in Osun State Public Service(Department of Sociology and Anthropology, Faculty of Administration, Obafemi Awolowo University, 2021) AKINLOYE, Aderonke OlumayowaThis study assessed women’s representation in key positions in Osun state Public Service. It identified the level of female participation in Osun State Public Service; examined and discussed the factors that affect women’s participation in Osun State public sector; and determined the extent to which the Osun State Gender policy had been able to bridge the gender gap in the Public Service. These were with a view to providing information about how many women held important offices in the Osun State Public Service. Both primary and secondary data were utilized for this study. Primary data were collected through the administration of questionnaire. The Quota Technique and purposive sampling techniques were used in the cause of the study. A fraction of 16% was selected out of the total of 78respondents in the Ministry of Economic Planning, Budget and Development. Also, 15.2% were selected out of the total of 68 respondents in the Ministry of Human Resources & Capacity Building; 18.2% were selected out of the total of 65 respondents in the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs; 17.7% were selected out of the total of 68 respondents in Teachers’ Establishment and Pensions Office; 16.9% were selected out of the total of 162 respondents in the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Cooperatives; 16% were selected out of the total of 58 respondents in the Ministry of Tourism and Culture making a total of 250 respondents altogether selected and sampled for the study. The findings concerning the level of participation of women in key positions in the State Public Service of Osun showed minimal involvement of women in key positions in the public service (68.45%), no utilization of women in human resources development (78.8%), women hold no stake in developmental phase (73.6%), no fair number of women in positions not gender labeled (67.1%). The findings concerning the factors that affect women’s participate on in Osun State public sector revealed that work hours may not be friendly with their domestic responsibilities (54.6%), patriarchy and cultural belief hinders women from taking high positions (74.5%), religion forces women not to take up better career path (90.5%), low educational qualification limits strong willed women (74.8%), gender based violence (76.6%).The findings concerning the extent at which gender policy has bridged gender gap in the public service in Osun State revealed that gender mainstreaming is key in budget formulation (31.2%), there is awareness on gender based violence especially in the conduct of elections (58.9%). The study concluded that despite the increasing agitation for gender equality all over the world, there is still a record of low participation of women in politics and decision making positions in Osun State.

These were with a view to evaluating the effects of internal corporate monitoring mechanism on earnings quality of the sampled firms.
- ItemOpen AccessBoard gender diversity, earnings management and performance of listed non-financial firms in Nigeria(Department of Management and Accounting, Faculty of Administration, Obafemi Awolowo University, 2022) FAKUNLE Isaiah OmotayoThis study assessed the extent of board diversity of listed non-financial firms in Nigeria from 2011–2019 and examined the effect of gender diversity on earnings management. It also investigated the direction of causality between gender diversity and performance and determined the effect of gender diversity on performance in listed non-financial firms in Nigeria. These were with a view to examining the relationship among gender diversity, earnings management and performance of listed non-financial firms in Nigeria. The study used the secondary data. The population of the study comprised 87 listed non-financial firms on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). Purposive sampling technique was used to select a sample size of 50 listed non-financial firms on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) between the period of 2011-2019. Data were collected from audited financial report of the selected firms and fact book of Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) for variables such as board token, board critical mass, proportion of women on board, proportion of women on audit committee, board size, board meeting, board independence firm size, leverage, growth opportunity, and earnings management. Data collected were analysed using percentage, fixed effect methods and t- test statistical analysis. The results showed that women on boards were largely under-represented with an average of 12.03% with only 15% exceeding the board tokenism threshold and 4% exceeding the critical mass threshold. The result of the effect of gender diversity on earnings management revealed that the proportion of women on board (PWOB) was negative but significantly related to earnings management (EM) with a statistic of (t = -25.557, p < 0.05), the proportion of women in the audit committee was also negative but significantly related to earnings management with a statistic of(t = -4.133, p < 0.05). Also, the result showed that board size (t = -11.245, p < 0.05) and firm size (t= -2.161, p < 0.05) were negative but significantly affect earnings management. Furthermore, the result showed a positive and significant effect the proportion of women on the audit committee and performance with a statistic of (t = 2.642 and p < 0.05). Also, board meetings, firm size and leverage were positive and significantly associated with performance with a statistic of (t = 1.982, p < 0.048), (t = 2.716, p < 0.05) and (t = 3.376, p < 0.05) respectively. The study concluded that gender diversity had a significant positive influence on earnings management and performance.
- ItemOpen AccessBusiness Ethics and Performance of small and medium Enterprises in Lagos State.(The Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Administration, Obafemi Awolowo University., 2023) ANDRE, Akinola AdekunleThe study examined the various ethical practices among the small and medium enterprises in Lagos State. It also determined the extent of implementation of business ethics among SMEs and, assessed the effects of business ethics on their performance. It further analysed the challenges confronting its implementation. These were with a view to providing information on the effects of business ethics on the performance of SMEs in Lagos State. The study utilised a descriptive survey research design. Primary data were employed in collecting the needed information for the study and was achieved through self-administered questionnaire to the respondents. Lagos State was purposively selected being the state with the highest number of SMEs. Multistage sampling technique was used for the study. At the first stage, random sampling technique was employed in selecting the 20 local government areas (inclusive of its LCDAs) in the state. At the second stage, purposive sampling technique was used in selecting 10 sectors based on the proliferations of SMEs as stated in the SMEDAN/NBS (2017) national survey of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). At the third stage, 382 respondents from specific sectors within the local governments were selected using purposive sampling technique so as to arrive at the sample size for the study. Data collected were analysed using percentages, mean, standard deviation, and partial least square/structural equation model approach. The results showed that various ethical practices such as fairness (𝑋̅ = 4.18), discipline ( 𝑋̅ = 3.80), accountability (𝑋̅ = 4.30), trust (𝑋̅ = 3.80), honesty (𝑋̅ = 4.57) confidentiality (𝑋̅ = 3.98), and integrity (𝑋̅ = 4.40) were adopted by SMEs in Lagos State. Also, the result showed that fairness and respect (42.4%, 𝑋̅ = 4.22), integrity (55.3%, 𝑋̅ = 4.41), discipline (46.2%, 𝑋̅ = 4.35), accountability (49.7%, 𝑋̅ = 4.39), trust (42.4%, 𝑋̅ = 4.17), honesty (54.2%, 𝑋̅= 4.40), leadership (45.3%, 𝑋̅=4.25), transparency (45.1%, (𝑋̅= 4.27),and confidentiality (46.9%, 𝑋̅=4.37) were implemented to a very large extent; while objectivity ( 43.1%, 𝑋̅ = 3.98), and environmental concern (40.6%, 𝑋̅ = 3.80), and were implemented to a large extent. Furthermore, findings reveal that at a p-value of 0.05, all the values of business ethics (fairness, confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, transparency, environmental consciousness) and the SMEs performance (employee satisfaction, market share, perceived customers’ satisfaction and product quality) of the measurement’s variables are significant. Findings also revealed that the outer factors loading is significant and reliable at a threshold value of 0.70 and that all the measured constructs have values above 0.70. In addition, the results revealed that business ethics had significant and indirect effect on employee satisfaction (t=23.287, p <0.05), market share (t= 11.484, p <0.05), perceived customers’ satisfaction (t= 18.905, p <0.05) and product quality (t= 6.730, p <0.05). Additionally, the study identified inadequate education and orientation of employees on business ethics principles (30.7%) as a major challenge confronting the implementation of business ethics. While, undue societal pressure (9.7%), too many inconsistencies/impartialities in administering ethical codes (7.4%), poor supervision and monitoring (6.8%), lack of disciplinary action(s) on part of management and lack of ethics training (6.2%) were less critical. The least were: poor leadership (1.2%) and organisational culture (0.9%). The study concluded that there is a strong positive effects of business ethics on the performance of SMEs in Lagos State.

The drained weights, ash contents and the titratable acidity increased while the pH, moisture, lactose, total protein nitrogen and fat contents of wara decreased with the storage time.

- ItemOpen AccessCustomer relationship marketing and customer retention in the food and beverages industry in Southwestern Nigeria.(Management and Accounting,Obafemi Awolowo University, 2019) Agelebe, Ibiwunmi BosedeThis study ascertained the extent of adoption of customer relationship marketing strategy in the food and beverages industry; investigated the challenges faced by the food and beverages industry in adopting customer relationship marketing practices; examined how customer relationship marketing drivers enhance customer retention in the food and beverages industry and investigated the influence of customer relationship marketing on customer retention. These were with the view to providing information on how customer relationship marketing enhances customer retention. Primary data was employed for this study. The study population was 18,071 which were the staff of eight purposively selected companies in the food and beverages industry in Southwestern Nigeria having their headquarters in Lagos, Ogun and Osun States. The three states were selected because they either have food or beverages companies’ headquarters located in them. The sample size was derived using Taro Yamane formula, while proportionate stratification method was employed in obtaining the sample from the selected companies. The middle and lower class managers were purposively selected as the respondents for this study because they are set of staff who have close relationship with the customers. Questionnaire was used to gather pertinent information from the respondents. The data collected were analysed using frequency distribution, percentage, mean, graphs, ranking, factor analysis, ordered probit and logit. The results showed that 78.01% respondents expressed their view that relationship marketing was practiced by the food and beverages industry and that the level of adoption of relationship marketing by the food and beverages industry was high (58.06%). Furthermore, the results revealed that the challenges faced by the food and beverages industry in adopting CRM were difficulty in establishing direct contact with customers, misunderstanding of customers’ needs, creation of customer database, employees not being customer-centric, inadequate resources, lack of technological support and inadequate training among the staff. However, lack of technological support was ranked as the most challenge faced by the industry while inadequate training among the staff being the least. More so, using ordered probit regression, the results revealed that trust (t = 2.37, coef. = 0.771 and p < 0.05) and customer satisfaction (t = 2.67, coef. = 0.852 and p < 0.05) were identified as the major relationship marketing drivers influencing customer retention. However, the pairwise correlation matrix revealed that there is a positive relationship between trust, commitment, customer satisfaction, communication and customer retention. Hence, indicating that these drivers influence customer retention. The results further revealed that firms that adopt customer relationship marketing were 1.4 times more likely to improve significantly (t = 0.99, β = 1.412 and p < 0.01) their ability to retain customers than those that adopt only transactional marketing, however, firms that adopted the two (i.e. both relational and transactional) were likely to be two times (t = 0.99, β = 2.460 and p < 0.01) better in their ability to retain customers. The study concluded that customer relationship marketing significantly influenced customers’ retention in the food and beverage industry.
- ItemEmbargoDecision making and public polytechnic administration in osun state.(Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Administration, Obafemi Awolowo University, 2024) FADEJI Joseph AdebayoThis study assessed the existing decision-making mechanism on public polytechnic administration in Osun State, it also examined the influence of decision-making mechanism on public polytechnic administration in the study area and analysed the challenges of decisionmaking mechanism affecting public polytechnic administration in the study area. These were with a view to providing information on the nexus between decision making mechanism and public polytechnic administration in Osun State. The study adopted a descriptive survey design. Both primary and secondary data were used for the study. Primary data were collected through the administration of questionnaire and conduct of interviews. The study population (1,357) comprises Academic and Non- teaching staff members of the two (2) selected polytechnics in Osun State. Multistage sampling procedure was used for the study. At the first stage Federal Polytechnic, Ede and Osun State Polytechnic, Iree were purposively selected from Federal and State Polytechnics in Osun State, Nigeria. These were selected because the two polytechnics are the only federal and State Polytechnics in the State. At the second stage, 20% of study population (272) respondents were selected using proportional to sample size technique, was used to administered questionnaire to the respondents. In addition, interview was conducted with twelve purposively selected respondents, which comprised two executive members of Academic Staff Senior Staff of Nigeria Polytechnic (ASSNP) from each of the two polytechnics as well as the Rectors, Bursar, Registrar, Heads of Department, Directors and Deans of the Faculties of the selected polytechnics in the study areas. Secondary data were obtained from decision extracts of the unions’ congresses/meetings onmatters relating to the subject matter, academic journals, polytechnic decision extracts, internet sources. Data collected were analysed using mean, percentages, and Chi-Square statistics. The results of the study showed that the Governing Council, Academic Board and Departmental Boards were the prominent decision mechanism among the examined platforms in the selected schools. The study further revealed that existing decision mechanism enhanced administration of polytechnic administration in the areas of sound academic management, student affairs management, and effective financial management. The result established that decision making mechanism has significant influence on public polytechnic administration (ꭓ2 t=90.66 > ꭓ2 c = 58.422). In addition, insufficient funds (71.3%), employee resistance to adaptation (74.7%), and inadequate deployment of technology support solutions (72.1%) constituted the main challenges associated with decision making polytechnic administration. The study concluded that decision making mechanism enhanced public polytechnic administration in Osun State.

- ItemEmbargoDigital technology adoption and supply chain performance of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in southwestern Nigeria(Department of Management and Accounting, Faculty of Administration, Obafemi Awolowo University., 2024) Afolake, Ayooluwa Olabode.The study assessed the extent of adoption of digital technologies for supply chain management by the small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises and evaluated factors affecting the adoption of digital technologies for supply chain management. It also examined the effect of digital technology adoption on supply chain performance of small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises. These were with a view to investigating how the adoption of digital technologies has affected the supply chain performance of small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises in Southwestern Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design. Primary data was used for the study. The population of the study included 104939 small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises in three states (Lagos, Oyo, Ogun) in Southwestern Nigeria. These states were selected based on the fact that they account for the highest number of enterprises out of the six states in southwestern Nigeria according to the most recent available data from SMEDAN, 2021. Using Taro Yamane’s formula, a sample size of 399 respondents were proportionately selected from the study population. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire to elicit information from the respondents. Digital technology adoption was proxied using availability of technological facilities while supply chain performance was measured using supply chain cycle time and fill rate. Data collected was analyzed using percentages, mean, Pearson’s correlation and ordinary least square regression analysis. The study showed that the extent of adoption of digital technologies for supply chain management was low among the SMEs with 39%. The study also found that the factors affecting the adoption of digital technologies for supply chain management are; perceived ease of use (x̅=28.00, σ =5.26), perceived usefulness (x̅=19.00, σ =4.44), cost-related factors (x̅=16.00, σ =3.97), feelings regarding digital tools (x̅=12.00, σ =3.46) and intentions (x̅=11.0, σ =2.78). Furthermore, a significant relationship was found between digital technology adoption and supply chain performance (t = 11.510, p < 0.05). All the dimensions of supply chain performance: Supply chain cycle time (t = 9.618, p < 0.05); fill rate (t = 9.943, p < 0.05) and change in demand (t = 7.767, p < 0.05) examined were significantly and positively associated with digital technology adoption. The study concluded that digital technology adoption has a positive and significant relationship on supply chain performance of small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises in Southwestern Nigeria.
- ItemOpen AccessElectronic marketing and customer retention in selected food and beverages firms in southwestern Nigeria.(Department of Management and Accounting, Faculty of Administration, Obafemi Awolowo University., 2022) Ishola, Oluwakemi TemiladeThis study investigated e-marketing strategies used by the selected food and beverages firms, determined the extent of customer retention by the selected firms and determined the effect of e-marketing on customer retention among the selected food and beverages firms in Southwestern Nigeria. These were with a view to establish that customer retention is influenced by electronic marketing. The study adopted descriptive survey research design. Primary data were sourced for this study through administration of questionnaires. The target population for this study consisted of management cadre, production units, marketing departments and the customers of the selected food and beverages firms in Southwestern Nigeria. Simple random sampling technique was used to select the firms within the food and beverages industry having equal chance of participation. Purposive sampling technique was also used to select the employees of the selected firms and their customers. Yamane formula was used to determine the sample size of 389 out of the total population of 14387. The data collected were analysed using percentages, mean and ordinary least square. The results of the study showed that the following e-marketing strategies have been adopted and used to a large extent by the food and beverages firms – e-mail marketing (X̅=3.13), internet marketing (X̅=3.37), mobile marketing (X̅=3.09), extranet marketing (X̅=3.48) and intranet marketing (X̅=3.19). The study also revealed that e-marketing had positively influenced customer retention to a high extent in the food and beverages firms (F=16.531, p < 0.05). Finally, the result showed that e-marketing had a significant effect on customer retention in the selected food and beverages firms (F=16.531, p < 0.05) in Southwestern Nigeria.The study therefore concluded that e-marketing is a tested and valid means of facilitating customer retention and proved better than the conventional marketing system in food and beverages firms.
- ItemOpen AccessEntreprenurial marketing strategies and performance of small and medium scale enterprises in southwestern Nigeria(Department of Management and Accounting, Faculty of Administration, Obafemi Awolowo University., 2022) EGWU, Bridget UchennaThis study investigated the extent of usage of entrepreneurial marketing strategies by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) , analysed the determinant of entrepreneurial marketing strategies used by SMEs, and identified the challenges managers of SMES encountered in the use of entrepreneurial marketing strategies in South western Nigeria. It also examined the effect of entrepreneurial marketing strategies on performance of SMEs in the study area. These were with the view to providing information on the influence of entrepreneurial marketing strategies on performance of SMEs in Southwestern Nigeria. The study adopted descriptive survey research design. The population of the study comprised 21,476 registered SMEs in southwestern Nigeria (SMEDAN 2017). Multi-stage sampling was used for the study. At the first stage, three states with much presence of SMEs namely Lagos, Oyo and Osun states were purposively selected among six existing states in Southwestern Nigeria. At the second stage, Ikeja, Ibadan and Osogbo were purposively selected being the state capitals. At the third stage, stratified sampling technique was used to select the SMEs; the SMEs were categorized into manufacturing and service rendering in each state capital, and proportionate sampling technique was used in selecting 45 SMEs owners and or managers manufacturing sector, and 255 owners and or managers from the service rendering sectortotalling 300 respondents. Structured questionnaire on Entrepreneurial Marketing xiv Strategies (SQEMAS) was used to elicit information from owners and managers of SMEs. Data collected were analysed using simple percentages, means, standard deviation, and Ordinary Least Squares regression technique. The results showed that the extent of usage of Entrepreneurial Marketing Strategies by SMEs in Southwestern Nigeria with means of each marketing strategy used on a scale of 5.0 (1≤ ̅ ≤5) in parenthesis included innovativeness ( ̅̅ ), proactiveness ( ̅ ), risk-taking ( ̅ ), resource leverage ( ̅ ), opportunity driven ( ̅ ), value creation ( ̅ ), and customer orientation ( ̅ ), to a large extent. Also, the determinants of entrepreneurial marketing strategies (EMS) used by SMEs included: maintenance of brand and customer loyalty (77.3%), winning competitive advantage (69.8%), introduction of new technology (61.5%), increase in revenue (59.5%), avoidance of out-dated products and services (56.9%), and new opportunities available in the external environment (52.2%). Furthermore, the study identified Fiscal policy (double taxation) ( ̅ ), finance constraints ( ̅ ), poor marketing strategies ( ̅ ), non-existence of research and development ( ̅ ), (low adoption of Information Communication Technology) ( ̅ ), and poor organisational skills ( ̅ ) were the key challenges SMEs encountered in the use of entrepreneurial marketing strategies in the study area on the scale of (1 ≤ ̅ ≤ 5). Moreover, the results showed that EMS had positive significant effect on performance of SMEs (F= 7.46; p <0.05) and specifically only innovativeness (t = 2.50, p < 0.05) and risk-taking (t = 3.031, p < 0.05) had significant effect on performance of SME’s in Southwestern Nigeria. The study concluded that employing entrepreneurial marketing strategies by small and medium-scale enterprises boosted organizational performance.

Faculty of Administration, Obafemi Awolowo University., 2022) FASOLA, Adenike OluwabukolaThe study determined the trend of financial inclusion in Oyo State, Nigeria, and ascertained the level of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) compliance with the financial inclusion strategy. It also assessed the effect of financial inclusion on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises in Oyo State. These were with the view to examining the relationship between financial inclusion and performance of Small and Medium Enterprises in Oyo State, Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design. Primary and secondary data were used for this study. Primary data were collected using structured questionnaire and secondary data were retrieved from survey of financial inclusion in Nigeria from 2008 to 2020 conducted by Enhancing Financial Innovation and Access (EFInA). The study population comprised 3,657 SMEs based on the data obtained from Oyo State Ministry of Trade and Commerce. Using Taro Yamane formula for sample size, a total sample of 367 SMEs industry was adopted. The questionnaire was administered on the respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collected were analysed using mean, kendall rank correlation and ordinary least squares regression analysis. The results showed an increase in trend of financial inclusion in 2012 (57.7%) was sustained till 2020 (63%). The result also showed that the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Oyo State complied to an average extent (5%) with financial inclusion strategy. Finally, the result also showed that financial inclusion had positive and significant effect (t = 6.53, p < 0.05) on the performance of SMEs in Oyo State. The study concluded that financial inclusion improved performance of SMEs in Oyo State, Nigeria.

The study investigated effectiveness of training and development programs in influencing employees performance and productivity at OSBC, Osogbo. The study also investigated the challenges mitigating against the effectiveness of training and development programs at OSBC, Osogbo. The research design adopted in this study was survey method. A simple random sampling technique was used to select a sample size of 60 staff across all the departments/units respectively. The target population for this study included all staff across all cadre in OSBC. A structured questionnaire was designed in line with the objectives and literature review and the data collected were analyzed using Statistics 14.2 software. Findings from the study revealed that the on-the-job training gives room for high degree of relevance between the skill learnt and the work done, enables the organization tailor the programmes in a way that will suit them. It was also revealed that the respondents across the Osun State Broadcasting Corporation (OSBC) studied Osun State agreed that the various training methods are effective in influencing employee performance and productivity in the study area. The study showed that economic meltdown, failure to promote employee learning culture, leaders and management not actively involved in training and development programs are some of the challenges militating against the effectiveness of training and development programs in OSBC, Osogbo. The study concluded that training and development have important impact on Employee performance and productivity of the staff of OSBC.
- ItemEmbargoInformation and communication technologyand service delivery in ministry of information and public enlightenment, Osun state, Nigeria.(Department of Public Administration, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife., 2025) Aishat, Temitope Lukman.This study examined the existing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools for ensuring Service Delivery in Osun State Ministry of Information and Public Enlightenment in Nigeria, assessed the effect of ICT on service delivery in the study area, and analysed the challenges associated with ICT utilisation on service delivery in the study area. These were with a view to providing information on the nexus between impact of Information and Communication Technology on Service Delivery in Ministry of Information and Public Enlightenment, Osun State, Nigeria. The study adopted a concurrent mixed method research design. Both primary and secondary data was used in the study. The study population (274) comprised Ministry of Information and Public Enlightenment Staff Members (126), executive council members of Network of Non- governmental Organisations in Osun State (NETNOS) (43) and affiliate members of NETNOS (105). For questionnaire administration, a multistage sampling procedure was adopted. First, the participants were stratified into clusters: Junior and Senior staff members of Osun State Ministry of Information and Public Enlightenment; Executive Council members of (NETNOS) and the affiliate members of NETNOS for equitable representation. The second stage involved proportionate sampling in accordance with the size of each cluster. Finally, random sampling was utilised to select the participants. Krejcie and Morgan (1970) sample formula was used to derive a sample of 160 respondents. Interviews were also conducted with purposively selected six (6) directors in the Ministry and three (3) key NETNOS officials, totalling nine (9). Secondary data was sourced from Governmental reports, digital platforms, as well as published data from scholarly sources. Data obtained was analysed using percentages, mean, tables and chi-square. The study revealed that the Ministry utilised synchronous, asynchronous, software, knowledge based, and social media tools. However, social media and asynchronous tools were the most favoured and utilised of the ICT tools for service delivery. The study also showed that ICT utilisation enhanced information dissemination, update sharing, and communication of crucial messages to the public. The hypothesis indicated a robust association between ICT adoption and enhancements in service delivery. Finally, the study found inadequate ICT training programmes (92% agreed), cybersecurity concerns (94% agreed) and lack of integration of ICT with existing systems (89%) as the major challenges associated with the utilisation of ICT vis-à-vis Service Delivery in the Ministry. The study concluded that ICT significantly influenced service delivery in the Ministry of Information and Public Enlightenment in Osun State, Nigeria.
