This study examined the socio-economic and cultural characteristics of residents in selected neighbourhood's in Delta State, Nigeria; examined the housing and neighbourhood characteristics; analysed the neighbourhood character; and investigated factors that influence neighbourhood character in the study area. These were with a view to providing information that could enhance neighborhood improvement.
