The study examined the level of intelligence quotient of pupils in Osun State. It also determined the lower primary school pupils' performance in Social Studies in the study area. Furthermore , it ascertained the relationship between pupils' level of intelligence quotient and pupils' performance in Social Studies . These were done with a view to providing information on intelligence quotient and lower primary school pupils performance in Social Studies in Osun State, Nigeria.
